With a dedication to creating wholesome meals, Ali Bishop has been catering weddings and functions for over 9 years, and has also owned Pachamama Cafe in Killcare, and co-owned Garden 2 Plate Cafe.
In 2013 she teamed up with Greengate Farm in Killcare, a 20 acre property. Here at the farm, Ali designed and built (with a little help from friends) a permaculture market garden to grow chemical free produce for her dishes. She now has her own (much smaller) permaculture garden in Booker Bay, where she grows much of the fresh produce that goes into your Pachamama Meals.
Ali’s love and passion for great food has seen her study plant based cuisine at culinary school in New York City. She regularly hosts cooking workshops and events to share her love of creating fresh, delicious meals with the community.
